Shrenu Parikh talks about Media House how she manages her body Fitness.
Shrenu Parikh who currently seen in Star plus Show Ishqbaaz says that she has started doing power yoga at home as she believes it makes fitness easy for everyone.
She Said that “I don’t go out for a workout, but enjoy power yoga at home. It helps me to be fit and healthy. It helps in increasing flexibility, strength and stamina. It has low impact, but is a highly effective exercise.”
She added “It eliminates toxins, increases blood flow and promotes weight loss. It also brings in lots of positivity and helps in improving confidence.It helps in my body healthy and incorporating physical activity into our daily life. I also drink lots of water and juice”
